In Memory of Old Buddy
We are a small Mom & Pop Kennel that was started exclusively for the love of our Cockers. When we built our home, a buff cocker spaniel found his way to our door step. It was not long until he had stolen our hearts as well. Buddy traveled, hunted, fished, and was one of the best couch potatoes you have seen. After a few years he was starting to show his age with some arthritis and just a little slow getting around. We realized that we would only have a couple of years at best with him. We found The Mighty Bandito and decided to get Buddy a companion and maybe he could help train him. Well, this is the best move anyone having an older dog can make. It was absolutely no time and Buddy had him trained. About 8 months slipped by and one morning we noticed that Buddy was walking very unstable. Well without detail this was the last we had of Buddy. It devastated all of us and especially Bandit. After a few weeks of total mourning, we decided to get Bandit a playmate named Bridget. We decided to let her have one litter before having her fixed. We now have a house full of little cockers that eat a lot and demand a lot of time. Every one of these puppies went to people wanting to find replacement pets.
